I'd love to get to know more about you and your pups, so any quirks or concerns please add those details to your appointment so we can talk about them and add them to your pet's profile!

Here how the process goes:

1. Make your appointment online
2. Appointment will be approved or denied
3. Give your dog several potty breaks prior to your appointment to avoid any accidents.
4. Its advised that new clients come in at least 5 minutes early so we can get a game plan on what your dog needs and the desired look we can achieve. 
5. After confirming what you want I will take your dog around back, to go directly into the bath or into a size appropriate kennel until the bath is ready.
6. when we are nearing finishing, I will send you a text letting you know we are nearing done so you can head our way for pick up. If we do not get a response we will give you a call. In order to give your dog the best experience we ask that you arrive within the hour of contact so we can keep kennel time to a minimum. The shorter the kennel time the better experience for your pup! All Suds, Cuddles and no down time!
